I recieved my books today, they were packaged well and all in perfect condition. (No damage from posting or anything)
Mr Uchida was polite, helpful, and explained each step in detail. He was also very quick to reply to my emails. Additionally the commission price was very good value.
Next time I'm looking to import something from Japan, my first choice will definitely be SeaServe.

Everything was really easy, simple, and quick!
Uchida-san responded very quickly to my request and even found me a lower-priced item. Transactions were very smooth and simple. I had nothing to worry about.
The item took a month to get to California by SAL, but it was during the holiday. Everything was packed nicely and in excellent condition.
